24 BD Baji (referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 24 BD Baji.

Registration Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies once to the first deposit only.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus funds may only be used on specific games.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time period after being credited, or they will expire.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

Below are the general rules for Sports Betting, casino games, and slots on 24 BD Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned in Sports Betting, your stake will be fully refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• In the event of any dispute over game results, the decision of 24 BD Baji shall be considered final.
• RNG-based game outcomes are entirely random and verified by an independent third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24 BD Baji platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Creating an account using someone else's identity or personal information
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities
• Harassing or disturbing other players
• Knowingly exploiting any security vulnerability on the platform

• In the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Accounts with no activity over an extended period (inactive accounts)

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

• If a game is disrupted due to an internet connection failure
• In the event of delays or errors caused by third-party payment services
• If a game is interrupted due to an issue with your device or software
• If an unauthorized third party accesses your account due to your own negligence
